Fair question: if you can open ChatGPT for free and ask it to write a caption, why would you pay anyone for AI? It's a good question, and the honest answer is the whole reason we exist. Generic AI and the way we use it are two very different things.
Out of the box, a chatbot knows everything in general and nothing about you. It's never met your shop, your regulars, your best sellers or your town. So it writes for everyone, which means it writes for no one. You get something that's technically fine and totally forgettable.
And it forgets. Every time you go back, you're starting from scratch, re-explaining who you are, what you sell, how you talk. That's a chore most busy shop owners do once, get a beige result, and quietly give up on.
The difference isn't a cleverer robot. It's what the AI is given before it writes a word. We build a proper picture of your business once, and everything works from it.
What goes in before anything comes out
Feed it all that and the output changes completely. It doesn't sound like a computer doing flowers in general. It sounds like your shop, because it's carrying what makes you you. That's the bit ChatGPT on its own can't do for you, not because it isn't capable, but because you'd have to hand it all of that, perfectly, every single time.
None of this runs on autopilot. The AI does the heavy lifting, drafting, sizing, remembering what you've posted so your feed stays varied. Then a person checks it, and so do you. Nothing goes out without your yes. Taste and judgment stay human. The machine just saves you the hours.
ChatGPT is a brilliant general tool. But "general" is exactly the problem when it's your shop's name on the post. We're not competing with ChatGPT. We're the difference between a blank chatbot and an assistant that already knows your business inside out.
